EUCAST news and updates Dear colleagues, The following news items have been published in the previous month: 01 Jan 2025: Updated clinical breakpoints, dosages, QC and methods documents The yearly update of clinical breakpoint tables, QC tables, disk diffusion methods documents now available. 05 Dec 2024: Guidance on the reporting of susceptibility in endocarditis pathogens With the 2025 (v 15.0) breakpoint table (for formal release on the 1st of January) EUCAST has released guidance on the reporting of susceptibility test results on endocarditis pathogens to help explain how to use the breakpoints developed for endocarditis. 02 Dec 2024: The breakpoint table for antifungal agents and the presentation of ECOFFs updated. The breakpoint table for antifungal agents (V. 11) and the overview of clinical breakpoints and ECOFFs have been updated. Please visit the EUCAST News page to read more.
